Logos 5.1 Beta 4 Mac installer issue

After upgrading from Beta 3 to Beta 4 Mac the LogosInstaller process failed to exit, which has never happened before. Logos was installed and running, LogosIndexer had run and finished; LogosInstaller process continued to run using a processor core at 100%.

I grabbed some logs & diagnostic data in Activity Monitor before I killed the process:

I have passed your logs on to the Development department.

We haven't ever seen this problem internally. The logs show that you're running SIMBL; it's possible that it may be interfering with the installer.

No worries, if it happens again I'll try removing that...
