In one of my "personal books," I noticed tonight that all hyperlinks are creating two popups.
I can reproduce this on Windows with links to Bible references.
But it doesn't seem to be restricted to Personal Books. You get the same thing in standard Logos resources for some links - the first screenshot below shows a link with two popups, the second screenshot has a link (nearly adjacent to the first one) which doesn't. It must be something to do with the type of link that is being created.

It's also occurs in Windows 5.0b - not just beta.

I am able to reproduce this issue and create a case for Development.
