BUG: Hyperlink Popup in Notes (5.1b5 - MAC)

In the screen shots below, I have my cursor over the automatically created hyperlink (yeah!), but the popup only appears when the note is in edit mode. (I'm not sure why the cursor doesn't appear in the screen shot, but it was there [;)])
