Okay... I purchased a media license, as well as a one-year license. Then I spent several Sundays using it with my MAIN laptop. All has been going well. Today, I'm heading out of town and need my laptop. This forces me to use a different laptop to run Proclaim... in my absence. Problem is, I can't get the license to work on the "B" laptop (also a Mac).
When I try, Proclaim presents the "you need to BUY this stuff" cart ("contains unlicensed material)... but also says there is NOTHING IN THE CART.
What do I do to get this software to work on a second computer? (Isn't that the whole point of web-based software?) This is terribly frustrating... thanks to anyone who can offer me a clue.
