Proclaim will not open on my computer.

Please help. Proclaim will not open on my main computer. After I click on the icon, it says logging in and then is stuck there. This began immediately after the last download from Proclaim.

Having the same problem here! Does anyone know about a way to revert to an earlier version of proclaim?

Same problem here I get" Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor". Hey! Proclaim how about updates only twice a month and that way you can make sure they work before sending them out. If you need to do them weekly send them out on Monday or as early in the week a possible. Fortunately for me I did not update on my laptop...so I was able to hook it in quickly. I love Proclaim...but there will come a point where it is just to much of a hassle to continue using it.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing. If you could post log files I should be able to help diagnose the issue.
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
- The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.
Windows:
- XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
- Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

If you could attach the Proclaim.log file to this thread that would be great.

This is a different issue. It looks like a corrupted ClickOnce installation. Please contact Logos customer support and they will walk you through the steps to resolve this issue.
