Signals

"One or more signals are invalid and will not be broadcast".  This is the error message on the slide that I am trying to use in the post service section.  A yellow triangle is present at the signal menu and when I hold my cursor over the triangle I get the message above.  Here is the content of the slide:

You need to make sure that the signal is valid. You'll need to fill out all of the information on that panel.
