Why not make it simple like Easy Worship does to add a powerpoint. where all you have to do is just click on it and it loads.
Replied in your other thread - http://community.logos.com/forums/p/70470/490108.aspx#490108 - it should be as straightforward as clicking on the "Import" link and then choosing the file you want to import.
