Bug Crashes during Video playback and music slides disappearing.

Over the last month we have had proclaim crashing during video playback and are about ready to drop proclaim for something more stable. This Sunday while I was changing the fonts and effects slides 2-n of the song would become blank unless I restarted proclaim. Looking at some of the log files it looks like we get HTTP errors so during Service this week I disabled the network adapter and everything worked fine.
Is there anything in these log files that can tell us why we continue to have issues on Sunday Mornings.
Thanks,
Eric Gruss

Sorry to hear about the issues you were having. Looking at your log files and I see you were experiencing crashes related to running out of memory using build 1.09.0.0717. Since this build we have made some improvements to Proclaim's memory management. It looks like you have upgraded and are no longer experiencing the crash. The HTTP errors should not be related, you will see them if you lose network connectivity but Proclaim will not crash.

The problem is that Proclaim does not crash but our Video's will freeze and stoip showing until we restart proclaim in the middle of service. Any Idea what would be causing that? Also on Sunday I had it where the Songs failed to load everything but the first slide, the rest of the slides ended up showing blanks...

Once the application starts running out of memory all bets are off, lots of strange behavior can result. Have you been able to reproduce the video freezing issue after updating to the latest version?

This bug has been fixed and is shipping with the new version this morning.

Scott: is that an update to .739? If so it could be the same as our bug here: New version of Proclaim (.0739) not fully syncing
