Locking the Mobile App Rotation

I am using the Proclaim app on my Nexus tablet.  I want the app to stay vertical as I speak, but it keeps going back and forth from that to horizontal  and this app does not lock with my tablet "Rotation Lock".  Is there any way to tell the proclaim app to stay one way or the other?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I was easily able to reproduce this behavior and I have submitted a bug report.
