Not Sure if I Have a Group or Proclaim Problem

I am the admin for the Grace at Bell Road group. I have invited members in and they have been able to then use Proclaim with the access purchased for the church. I recently added a new member "James Choi"but when he downloads the program for his computer or even logs in to the program a church he does not have access to the church proclaim data. What could the problem be?

Hi Tony,

It looks like James Choi is an admin of your group, so he should be able to see the presentations in Proclaim. Can you make sure he's signing in with the correct email address (the same one you invited to the group) and that he's using the correct group in Proclaim? You can select your current group by clicking on your name next to the sync icon and going to Set up groups... -> Use one of your groups.
