Managing groups in Proclaim

When I logged into proclaim for the first time and found my group and chose to join it, it states that i am pending.  My Pastor set up this group originally, does he have to log in and accept me in proclaim for me to be able to join the group.  I then it showed the same group but with a 1 behind it and i joined that one and i am active now and not pending.  But when i do a test presentation and go on air, i can't see the presentation in Logos or FaithLife apps.  Please help, i am so frustrated..... [^o)]  Thanks

It looks like your church has two separate groups, the first was created on May 4th and the second on May 11th. Your Pastor is an admin of both groups. To reduce confusion I would recommend deleting the second group, this can be done on faithlife.com. When someone requests to join a group an admin of that group must approve the request. All group admins will by default get an email when a request is made. The easiest thing to do is follow the link in the email. Another way is to directly go to https://faithlife.com/account/groups and manage them there.
