When I insert a Web Page item, whatever URL I use it just shows a black slide.
I found and old post that says web page items weren't fully implemented. Are they supposed to be working?
I use Windows 8 if that makes any difference.

I have just tried it and it works fine - but you only get the web page when "On Air". In design mode I just see a black slide.
I guess this is how it is supposed to work - do you just get a black slide when "On Air" as well?

Do you get a black slide in preview mode or on-air? The web page will just show a black slide in edit mode, but you should be able to see the webpage in preview mode and on-air.

Thanks for looking at this.
I just cleared out my log files and then loaded up proclaim again, and created a test presentation with just one web page on it going to our church website. When I try to preview or go on air I actually get a white screen - I think it has always been doing this I just reported it incorrectly - sorry.

awesomium.log is telling - looks like the render process is crashing.
Hope you can fix this soon as it would be good to use web pages soon.

I see an error in the awesomium.log that indicates there may be a configuration problem on your computer. If this is the case I would expect a failure using a web browser. Are you able to navigate to the same URL in Chrome for example? Can you provide any information about your network setup? For example do you have an http proxy?
