New purchases not loading when I close and reopen Logos...

Hi all,

Struggling to find my new purchases... The Jeremiah LifeWorks Library and The Saint and His Savior

Email I received suggested that all I needed to do was open and close Logos...

That hasn't worked, I can't seem to find any other way of downloading them.

Thanks, working now... found some answers, found the 'search this site' space at the top right and went to other previous posts.

Have now (after putting 'upgrade now' into the command field several times, restarting several times and some time) been able to receive the new documents

For clarification, the command is update now (rather than upgrade now). Also, when new resources download, they may need to index before they appear in the library. Do you know what the indexer icon looks like up above?

Hi Alabama,

Thanks for your reply.  I've noticed previously and just now when the resources were downloading that there is a kind of clock thing going around when it is restarting and possibly at other stages.  Is that the indexing icon?  I'm not familiar with that one...

Appreciate your help, technical things definitely not my forte though seem to get by most of the time...

Thanks Dan,
Found after customizing to show icons and notifications.  Worked well - downloaded new NLT translation simply put update now in the field at the top, it then showed a notice down the bottom right saying that updates were found and would be downloaded automatically- hadn't found that on the last lot.  It had said that no updates were found or something like that...Then said to restart after which it indexed things and now works wonderfully.
