BUG-User Defined Breakpoint On Startup Renders Proclaim Useless.

After downloading the latest version of Proclaim on 7/18/13, I get an error message about 5 seconds after the proclaim screen opens. The initial error message is something to the effect, "Windows has encountered a User Defined Breakpoint and must shut the program down. Later the message was "A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly" This renders this copy of Proclaim unusable. I don't have a log to send. Proclaim is running under Windows 7 on a 64-bit machine.

We shipped a feature today that is causing issues on some computers. We have published an update to remove this feature until the problem is resolved. If you run Proclaim it should ask you to update and it should work correctly again.
