BUG 5.1 RC2: Note file that you corrupted with 4.6 now corrupted in the other direction

(Follow-up from Newest release created LARGE Notes font.)

Before 4.6 all text in the note file below was 16p. 4.6 corrupted it and made some words huge. 5.1 has now corrupted it in the other direction and made those same words tiny. (At least I presume it was the new note editor that did it. I haven't opened this file for a long time, so I can't say for sure.)

Notice "according to" and "Saint Irenaeus".

(Also notice how two of the titles wrap in 4.6, but not in 5.1: BUG 5.1 RC1: Long note titles get cut off.)

In another place in the same file I can find both tiny, normal and huge font sizes next to each other:

This looks horrible, and I would very much like to know how to get my formatting back, without having to do it manually, 'box' by 'box'.
