I hope someone can help me. I'm new to Proclaim, and I created an account, and started working with it right away. I love the software, and it's very easy to use. I started playing with all the content, and sharing the presentation, and that's when I discovered a problem. I setup my account user id with my e-mail address/account name typed incorrectly. When I signed out, and was trying to sign back in, I kept trying my user id, with my actual e-mail address, and I couldn't sign in. I thought I must have the password wrong, so I went through the reset my password page. Of course because my e-mail address was wrong, I wasn't getting the email to go through the password reset. I went on the logos site, and tried signing in with my actual e-mail address, and it let create a profile, etc. That's when I discovered I now have two accounts, my paid account is jsson.wilder@somedomain.com and my new account is jason.wilder@somedomain.com.
Is there any way move the content I've already created to the new account, and just continue working from there?
Or just delete the second account with the correct e-mail address, and edit the paid account's e-mail address?
