BUG 5.1 RC3: Incorrect Library filtering with Swedish OS and English Logos

From BUG: Filtering by Edition no longer works as it should.

Summary: 

• OS language setting: Swedish.

• Logos language setting: English

• Edition:u gives no result.

• Edition:a (for 'användarskapad') gives the results Edition:u should have given.

• Logos must be using my OS language setting instead of my Logos one.

• This is a regression. It used to work correctly.
