BUG: lectionary not showing up on the homepage

I first reported this bug in this thread: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/65426.aspx. Because I reported the bug after the first bug was fixed, I thought I would start a new thread for this new bug.
Here is a screen print (and you can see the option to display the lectionary has been grayed out):
and here is my log file:

I can't reproduce this. I'm seeing the Lectionary checkbox ungreyed in 5.1 which just released. (Running Windows version.)

I wonder if it is related to having a PB Lectionary or a prioritized PB lectionary:-
- if PB is #1 priority Lectionary demote it/them; else try
- deleting PB lectionaries from the Personal Books tool (note your metadata)

Welcome to the forums. Do you mean devotionals or lectionaries? They are both controlled by priority in the library and the options at the bottom of the home page but slightly differently.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I removed my lectionary from the prioritized list, now the RCL shows up on my homepage.
So the bug is that we cannot use a pb lectionary as our lectionary.

Interesting. Glad you narrowed that down, and it does seem an unfortunate lack of functionality in PB lectionaries that they can't be used for the Home Page lectionary reading.

Er... ah...looks like PB's work fine to me

MJ's screenshot shows a lectionary without dynamic text.
Tom?
MJ: I don't think your screenshot and your link are the same.

Actually the source and the picture do reflect the the same item. The reason you think it is not dynamic is the timing of when it was last compiled.

The reason I think they're not the same is because your link shows a 'normal' set of OT/Psalm/Epistle/Gospel readings, while your screenshot shows a Messianic lectionary with Torah/Haftarah/Psalm/Hebraic/Apostolic readings. The Messianic lectionary in the Files forum, if I'm not mistaken.

Could it be the exaggerated space above, and/or the lack of dynamic text entries (dtext)? Does it have a date that matches computer date?

At one time, this lectionary did appear on my homepage. I took out the exaggerated spaces, and that didn't do anything. This lectionary is a four year lectionary for the U.S. school year, so it doesn't have every Sunday. I don't see why not having any dtext tags is making the setting grayed out.
I also do not receive any compiler errors when I compile the book.

tom, I am guessing. It may compile perfectly but something is impacting its ability to appear on the Home Page.
When was this "one time"? Version 5.0b? What changes did you make subsequently?

When I recompiled, the lectionary appears on the homepage and generates the correct layout. I need to check why the dynamic text is failing.
