If you haven't already, please consider pre-ordering this volume, helping get it into production as soon as possible.

Not only will this be an essential part of any future base packages or Scripture study bundles related to the Orthodox Church, but it will also pave the way for future products, such as an English-Greek interlinear (with the EOB: NT as an English text).

If you're a fan of Greek NT studies, the Byzantine/Majority Text, or simply want another perspective on passages or verses relevant to NT textual criticism, this is the GNT for you! Smile

    Bump.

I know I'm a fan!  They don't call me ByzLady for nothing.

From the above Logos page ... ' the Patriarchate of Constantinople assembled a committee of scholars for the purposes of studying various manuscripts of the NT at both Constantinople and Mount Athos. ...'

The early 1900s seems to be about the time Kirsopp Lake was there (at Mt Athos, which he wrote about and much of his work is from there).

This promises to be a nice addition, since it represents a differing perspective on the manuscripts that very likely (per Denise the famous scholar) trace back to the Muslim-ized Egypt when many monks moved to Mt Athos (and in combination with those in Constantinople, a small burg not far from Mt Athos).

Currently, we have the Byzantine (fairly recent), the 'Majority' (also fairly recent) and then the various majority text layers that much of the European translations came to be based on. One specifically tied to the 'east' would be interesting.

And also great in the Logos Text Comparison Tool!
