5.1a: Program Settings & Notification

Settings is almost right. I prefer:-

• Darker blue for visibility of  YES/NO choice.
• Accessibility before Text Display as they are related
• Syriac font immediately after Hebrew font

The Notification "bar" is not ideal because it steals vertical space and it disappeared/re-appeared in a short space of time when processing two resources. So it is always distracting and becomes annoying when I am working.

It would be better if it always remained visible until dismissed at the X. It should be restored by clicking the Notification Icon. The Release Notes are not clear on this, but I assume so as it becomes enabled when an "additional" notification is received. However, is ‘Click to restart Logos 5’ an "additional" notification or does it open the Notification Bar automatically? Same Q for ‘Pause indexing for 4 hours’.
