I've uploaded several looping backgrounds to my library -- I've noticed that several of them stutter when they start.
Is it that they are HD and shouldn't be? Or maybe they are SD and shouldn't be? Maybe it's frame rate?
I would love some guidance on the preferred format (btw ... our setup is mac to mac -- I work on the presentations on my mac at home, Pastor uses mac at church, and presentation computer is also a mac)
