Have you installed the Logos app on your iPad?
If so, and assuming you are using the same login credentials in the iPad app as on your desktop, then the NRSV should be visible on the iPad as well.
Are you not seeing this?

If it is listed in Library on the iPad Logos app there (type NRSV to get a relevant listing) then click on the circled i to see a Download button (iPad may be different to my Android version).

Are you absolutely positive that you used the same username (email address) and password? Please double check. The account that you used will be found under the "account" menu (little gear icon, upper right of the mobile homepage). Click on "about" to see your email address.
If you are indeed using the same email, make sure the library search box is COMPLETELY empty of any text.
If that doesn't work, please post a screen shot.

You have two Logos user accounts, as alabama24 suggested; one of those accounts includes the NRSV and the other doesn't. Please verify you are using the same account on both Windows and your iPad.
