Transferring NRSV to iPad

Have you installed the Logos app on your iPad?
If so, and assuming you are using the same login credentials in the iPad app as on your desktop, then the NRSV should be visible on the iPad as well.
Are you not seeing this?

If it is listed in Library on the iPad Logos app there (type NRSV to get a relevant listing) then click on the circled i to see a Download button (iPad may be different to my Android version).

Are you absolutely positive that you used the same username (email address) and password? Please double check. The account that you used will be found under the "account" menu (little gear icon, upper right of the mobile homepage). Click on "about" to see your email address.
If you are indeed using the same email, make sure the library search box is COMPLETELY empty of any text.
If that doesn't work, please post a screen shot.

You have two Logos user accounts, as alabama24 suggested; one of those accounts includes the NRSV and the other doesn't. Please verify you are using the same account on both Windows and your iPad.

If you aren't using the same account, you will need to delete the iOS app and redownload it. If you have purchased resources with both credentials, you will need to decide if you need Logos to merge the accounts

Thanks, yes I have 2 accounts - I don't know how I managed to do that - but with the change in account on my ipad I now have the NRSV etc. I'll have to look into merging accounts as you suggest to make sure I have everything. Thanks again, Des

Logos should be able to merge the accounts for you. From the way it sounds, having two accounts was unintentional on your part. There are some reasons for having multiple accounts, but for most users only one account is preferable.
