I am using Bible (Logos 4) on an Android phone and a Windows 7 computer. My Favorites are not syncing in either direction. My notes and my highlights are syncing, but not my favorites, either mobile favorites or others. Any suggestions?

What versions of software (Logos 4 on your computer and the Bible app on Android) are you running?
There have been various sync problems at various stages and its worth ensuring that you are on the most recent versions.

On my computer I am using Logos Bible Software 4.6c SR-3 (4.63.0.0365) and on my Android phone, I am using version 2.5.3.2. I don't know how to find the build number of my Android app. THANKS!

I suggest you install Logos 5 on your Windows 7 system and see if the problem still occurs. Is there a reason you haven't upgraded to Logos 5 yet?
