Favorites Not Syncing
I am using Bible (Logos 4) on an Android phone and a Windows 7 computer. My Favorites are not syncing in either direction. My notes and my highlights are syncing, but not my favorites, either mobile favorites or others. Any suggestions?

What versions of software (Logos 4 on your computer and the Bible app on Android) are you running?
There have been various sync problems at various stages and its worth ensuring that you are on the most recent versions.

On my computer I am using Logos Bible Software 4.6c SR-3 (4.63.0.0365) and on my Android phone, I am using version 2.5.3.2. I don't know how to find the build number of my Android app. THANKS!

I suggest you install Logos 5 on your Windows 7 system and see if the problem still occurs. Is there a reason you haven't upgraded to Logos 5 yet?

After numerous attempts to install Logos 5, I have continually gotten the following error message:
Error writing to file: C:\Users\Coe Hutchison\AppData\Local\Logos4\System\L4SmrtTg.dll
Any suggestions? Have tried restarting computer and continue to get the same error.

My Favorites is not syncing either. I have Logos 5 and Android version 2.5.3.2 my galaxy s4 and nexus 7 are not syncing either.

Have now successfully upgraded to Logos 5. Favorites still not syncing between Windows 7 Logos 5 and Android.

I got favorites to sync by going in applications manager on phone setting find logos app and clear cache and clear data, but this only works one time if you add anything new you have to do this again.

We have identified the bug with Favorites sync and we are working on a fix. Thank you all for your diligence in reporting this bug and your patience while waiting for a fix.

Yes, you can find information about the Google Play beta program here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/73074.aspx
If you're interested in helping beta test, we'd love to have you join the program. But I should warn you that there's a higher chance of things breaking with beta releases. If you're just wanting a fix for favorites sync, I'd encourage you to hold on just a little longer...barring unforeseen circumstances, this beta should be coming to the stable channel fairly soon.
