Headings for Prioritize

Morris Proctor has a one page How-To for making Headings in the Prioritize Resources part of the Library:

As part of the process it shows under "Add Body Files" the file:  Logos Headings.docx

I can not find a file by that name on my computer (Logos 5.1 Platinum under Windows 7)

Can someone help me with this step?
