I'm havin a lot of troubles with proclaim.
we buy proclaim licenses in febrary or march... since then we have used like five times because when i try to open it shows a message like "this application cant be started. contact your provider server" the first time it happened to me i did the same thing i'm doing now... i get in to the forum and read some post in there and live mine, some answer me telling that follows some steeps and the problem will be fixed, at that time it was but the same problem keep showing up and we paided for the licenses but is more the time we haven´t use it that the time we have, because of that problem.
Today i could install the program in one computer but i have the same problem with a second, In our church we work with two diferente signals so thats why we need two diferentes computers.
my questions are:
1. how i fix this problem?
2. it will continue happened?
3. installing proclaim in a second or third computer will make the program crash?
4. how could you help us to solve the inconveniente?
