Wonder if Lexham Hebrew-English Interlinear (LHI) transliteration format should change with Program Settings ?

I have created a case for a developer to look into this, and linked it to this thread.
The setting in Program Settings just changes how Hebrew is transliterated in Guides; it does not affect how an author or editor has chosen to transliterate Hebrew in a resource. This is by design.
