BUG: Installer can't stop Logos (5.1a B3 – Mac OSX 10.8.4)

A number of times during this beta cycle, the installer has been unable to stop logos and I get the following warning popup.

Here are my logs: 2480.LogosLogs.20130818-115116.zip I grabbed the logs immediately after force closing Logos. I am running 5.1a B3 on Mac OSX 10.8.4.
