Fade to black?

Is there a way to fade to black instead of the abrupt there it is?
We have a brand new computer, so hoping that is not the problem, LOL [:)]

Yes. There are a number of options below the slide content, including transition.
Default is no transition, but a fade is one of several options. Also, you can change the setting on a batch of slides on the gray bar across the top. Should be just beside the screen dimensions (16:9).
I like to stash black slides in a few strategic locations so there's always one close at hand for the volunteer running Proclaim on Sunday morning. That way, we can always fade to black if something unexpected happens in the booth.
EDIT: not sure why my screenshot won't cooperate, but I'm gonna work on that too.

Hm... I'm not able to reproduce that problem. The transitions I set on the left carry over when I'm using the preview. I've passed this along to our customer service team. Someone (who knows more about it than I do) will be in touch very soon.

Was there a resolution to this? We'd like the same option: Quick Screens to use the overall transition setting we've selected (ie. Fade). Thanks!

This is still a known issue. I have a bug report open for it so I track it down. All other quickscreens should transition correctly.

A BIG NO!
The quick screen options do NOT fade they all simply and abruptly appear.
As a solution we have added some black screens in the various areas as a work around.
EW and other worship software lets you customize your screens with fade options, hoping Proclaim will do the same in the near future!! ;-)

Which ones are you experiencing this with. I just tried 'Logo', 'OSB', 'No Text', and 'Last Shown' and all of these used transitions correctly. When going from a service item to these, the service item faded out correctly as the Quickscreen appeared.
