When I place a PNG with a transparent part on the picture, it is fine on the device I created it on but once it sinks with the system the transparency disappears when accessed from the cloud on any other device. I need some sort of answer to this or our church will have to stop using Proclaim as a lot of PNG transparency are used in our services. I have seen 2 previous posts on this issue and no one will address it.
Please I need some input.
