I'm not sure if you're referring to the Sixth Ecumenical Council (which is actually the 3rd council of Constantinople) in 680, or the canons of that same council, which were ratified at Trullo/Constantinople in 692?
Either way, you can read about these councils in Schaff's Early Church Fathers collection, or better yet, in A History of the Councils of the Church, vol. 5 by Karl Joseph von Hefele. In that work, Book 16, Ch. 2 through Book 17 cover the aforementioned councils.

The sixth council is usually numbered for a few years earlier. Wikipedia has some brief comments at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quinisext_Council for this gathering. Personally, if this Lutheran wanted all the issues clarified for this, I would pull out my copy of Pelikan's History of the Development of Doctrine, (vol. 1) and read the whole chapter on Christology, but this book is not (yet?) available in Logos.

Well, if we had Pelikan in Logos, I'd recommend that. But we don't have it "yet," as Ken noted. [;)] SVS Press has a great Church History series, as well, if you hate trees.
