This Sunday, while trying to go ON AIR with Proclaim it kept going to Preview instead.
Our license is up to date.
Any idea what is going on?
Mac or Windows? Did it show you message indicating you had items in the shopping cart? or behave just as if you had pressed the Preview button?
I'm using it on Mac. When I looked at my options it said "purchase on air license" then when I went to the cart it showed that our subscription is still valid on a month to month option. We purchased an extra month to see if maybe something was off, but that didn't change anything.When I hit "on air" it behaves as though I had pressed Preview.
It would be helpful if you could post the Proclaim.log file located here on Mac
Also, what is the name of the presentation you're trying to go On Air with? I can test this presentation internally to see if I get the same results.

If you open this window
and then press 'alt' the 'Library' folder will pop up between 'Home' and 'Computer' clicking on Library will enable you to continue navigating to the logs

I'm unable to reproduce the issue with your account. I recommend you give our customer service number a call (800-875-6467) and one of our reps should hopefully be able to get the issue resolved.
