Logos 5 Crash, it´s not fair for a software that cost more tha 1000 us.
I opened and 5 secs later crashed.

From your logs, it appears that you have a corrupted database file. I believe that it is your library catalog... but I am not sure. We will need to wait for someone with higher techie credentials to advise.
By the way... Even BMW's break down every now and then. [;)]

This is correct. Please delete the following file and restart Logos 5:
/Users/pastorospina/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/k3ilcx1c.2yl/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db
