From your logs, it appears that you have a corrupted database file. I believe that it is your library catalog... but I am not sure. We will need to wait for someone with higher techie credentials to advise.

This is correct. Please delete the following file and restart Logos 5:
/Users/pastorospina/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/k3ilcx1c.2yl/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db
