navigate by paragraph with ctrl-up / ctrl-down

In many windows text editors, you can navigate between paragraphs using ctrl-up and ctrl-down.  Since most of the Logos Bibles and all of the other books are in paragraphs, I'd like this navigation functionality.  I realize this functionality is not present in read-only applications, such as browsers and Logos, it would be handy for me if it were part of Logos.  I've caught myself trying it several times in Logos.
