Set Custom Chrome to No bug

When I use Set Custom Chrome to No then try to maximize the program window, the program window does not go all the way to the bottom of the screen. It cuts off about a third of the way down.
In this example, you can see part of my web browser and the desktop below the full screen Logos program. Turning Set Chrome to Yes fixes the problem.
I am running Windows XP on a Dell D410 laptop, 2 GHz Pentium M, with an ATI Radeon Mobility X300 video card (64 NB video memory). Logos 4.0a RC1.

It did not say that. The description just reads: "turns off the special main window border". So I gave it a try to see what it would do. I thought it might revert to the default windows borders, so I thought I would give it a try.

Does this problem persist after restarting the program (with the custom chrome preference set to no before restarting)?
