BUG: Very abnormal indexer logs

Since yesterday most of my indexer logs have looked like this:
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x28e6
_wapi_handle_unref_full: Attempting to unref unused handle 0x28e6
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x28da
_wapi_handle_unref_full: Attempting to unref unused handle 0x28da
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x28c5
_wapi_handle_unref_full: Attempting to unref unused handle 0x28c5
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x28f2
_wapi_handle_unref_full: Attempting to unref unused handle 0x28f2
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x2873
_wapi_handle_unref_full: Attempting to unref unused handle 0x2873
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x28da
_wapi_handle_unref_full: Attempting to unref unused handle 0x28da
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x2822
_wapi_handle_unref_full: Attempting to unref unused handle 0x2822
_wapi_handle_ref: Attempting to ref unused handle 0x28da
As far as I saw, the ones from yesterday evening and this evening included nothing but lines like that, the one from this afternoon is partly normal (I've got that one, if it's any help).
It's possible this is related to starting the indexing, not by clicking somewhere, but by quitting Logos.
(This error also came at an inconvenient time, because the indexing this evening took an exceptionally long time, and there was no way to see in the log what was going on.)

I just noticed KS4J reported this on the Beta forum 10 days ago: Bug: Logos 5.1b Beta 1 Indexer.log full of unused handle messages.
