Syncing the Presentaion

I go ON AIR and I get an error stating this presentation has not been synced to server.  The remote or signals are not gonna work but I can still display the slides. Sync presentation first to solve this issue.  HOW I hit the green button next to my name and it shows all data is synced>  PLEASE HELP

Please post your log file (Proclaim.log) here and we can help further diagnose the issue. 

 Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

     Windows: 

• XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
• Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
