Proclaim disrupting other accounts under license?

Our church has purchased a license and when I am logged into my account, it affects the other users using proclaim.

For example: While I am displaying a kids church song, the adult church has the same background as mine.

What can be done to correct this error and to be able to use the application without disrupting others on the license?

I'm not sure I quite follow. You should be able to create separate presentations for the kids and adults. The should not affect each other at all.

Hi Scott, I'm also from Valley Bible Church in Hercules CA, and I've noticed that when multiple users are running individual presentations, sometimes the presentations disrupt each other, that is, they cause the one presentation to have a delay or backgrounds that are supposed to be shown suddenly disappear. Also, second question, slightly related to Sandy's: when I'm at home editing a presentation, and another user is at the church office also editing a different part of the same presentation, there is delay and some backgrounds do not appear. Is that common? Since we are in two different locations, I would think that it wouldn't be our wi-fi and the church's wi-fi causing this problem? Thanks!
