Importing songs from Planning Center Online

We love the ability to import the order of service from Planning Center Online; however, we are having the following inconsistencies:

• One user has no problems at all importing from PCO into Proclaim; all the time it works as expected
• Another user attempts to import from PCO, and no matter if they choose "just songs" or not, this user's order of worship imports the song title, but no lyrics (but song information is present - such as: composer, publisher, hymn #, etc). Sometimes some song lyrics come over - other times, no lyrics at all, No pattern that we can see. 
• These users are setup with the same "credentials" in PCO and FaithLife
• Both users are access Proclaim on Windows computers

What do you think could be causing this inconsistent behavior?

When lyrics are stored in PCO we bring them from PCO on import. If they are not available in PCO but the CCLI number is in the PCO song info and the user has a SongSelect account configured in Proclaim then we fall back to retrieving the lyrics from SongSelect. My guess is this user has not linked a SongSelect account (synced as a user specific preference) with Proclaim.

Do you mean that each user uses the same username and password to sign in to Proclaim? If this is the case then I'm not sure what is happening and we'd have to see the Proclaim.log file from a session which includes an import with failing lyrics retrieval.
