I CAN NOT ENTER MY ACTIVATION CODE

I deleted a group to which I belonged and now proclaim request my activation code again. When I enter my 2 activations code the system said that my activation code has already been applied. How can I enter my activations codes? I am using proclaim as a trial right now.

Hey there,

I am sorry to here about your frustrations. The reason that your activation codes cannot be entered again is because once an activation code is applied to an account, it becomes invalid (so this code cannot be used on multiple groups). Even though you deleted the group that your activation codes were connected with, our servers still list these codes as invalid since they have been applied to an account in the past. Let me look into this further and I will see what I can do about your issue. I will respond again once I have more information.

Alright so after some thought, I have concluded that your best bet right now would be to call our customer service department at 800-875-6467. They will be able to figure out a solution to your problem here (which will most likely be undeleting the group that your activation codes are applied to).
