Using Right Now Media Videos
How do I incorporate RightNow Media videos into my presentations?

Hey there Philip,
After reviewing RightNow media, it seems to be a video streaming service (correct me if I am wrong) so you should be able to add a Web Page service item into your presentations that points to the url of the video. I tried it myself and it seemed to work well. If you have any other questions please let me know.

I will try again. As the need to log into rightnow media before playing their videos seems to be at issue.
I will let you know how it goes.

As I thought - instead of playing the video it went to the login screen. That really can't happen in the middle of the service.

Try signing in, then go Off-Air and then back On-Air. See if that service item remains signed in.
