Background Music When Logo is put up.

I have a preservice loop which is just an image slideshow with some background music. Later during the main service section, if I switch to the logo (F11), the background music from the preservice loop begins playing. Is there anyway to make this not happen?

Hey there,

So you should be able to insert a 'stop background audio' cue after the pre-service loop (by clicking the speaker icon next to the warm-up section), which would prevent the background audio from playing outside of the pre-service loop. I will keep on looking into this because as of this moment I am not able to reproduce your issue in house.
