I'm trying to purchase an "On-Air" subscription for Proclaim, but all it does is continue to display the revolving gray, circular things. Is something wrong with the system?
Nothing to our knowledge. What step were you in (selecting license, entering card #, submitting order) when you get hung up?
I had clicked through and it came to the part that says "Payment Info" and then it just hangs and continues to let the little gray circle spin.
Could have been an intermittent server or connectivity issue. If you try again and get the same result it would be helpful if you could post your logs.
Can you tell me how to get those on a Mac? I just switched over and am completely new to the OS X platform.

Same thing is happening to me. I am trying to purchase an on-air license. I can't enter payment information. Any ideas on how to get this working?
I was able to sign in as you and get all the way to the final checkout step without issue. Can you provide a screen shot of the step you're blocked on?
See attached screenshot. I did speak with someone at Logos who did the purchase for me. So the immediate need is solved. However, FWIW it doesn't appear that I can edit payment information via Proclaim or purchase through proclaim.
