Customizing Lyrics

I am trying to customize lyrics for a service tomorrow. When I go to the Customize page, it only shows the Title slide. I cannot get it to show the lyrics page so I can customize them. It shows the options for customizing everything, but I only have the ability to see the Title slide.

I have the most recent Proclaim update.

I'm also having issues with Proclaim requiring a force close every time I try to close it. I didn't have any of these problems before the update.

We have a fix for this that will ship in the next version. In the meantime, if you click the sync icon in the upper right of the main window before shutting down you should not need to force quit.

This screen opens..but when I click on "Lyrics", the title is all that remains. I am having to edit the fonts "blind" so to speak.

iMac running Mountain Lion

Also had a friend do it on his Mac Mini. All had same issue. Our church machine is an old Windows based machine (not sure OS) and it acted same way.

Taking a look at your data and I see that the first slide of your song service item has no lyrics, due to the [Blank] label. The customize view shows the lyrics from the first slide. In order to customize try removing the label, customize, then put it back.

So removing the "Blank" from the order of the song didn't help. In order to get the customizing lyrics view back, I had to remove it from the lyric section altogether. Frustrating and doesn't make sense, but at least I can customize my lyrics again.

If you will put your [Blank] line at the end of the lyrics editing box then it will fix it. The customization view takes the first slide from the lyrics editing box and NOT the lyrics order box. I just tested this on my mac and I got the same results as you when I put the [Blank] line at the top. Once I moved it to the bottom, everything was back to normal.
