The "credits" section of each song is very small and forced to be on one line. Is there any way to format the credits box so that the information is divided onto two lines?

There is no way to make the credits go on more than one line since this is the way the credits caption is designed. The best you could do is go into the 'Customize' menu and enlarge the credits text box to be wider.
