I've created the service. When I go "on-air" it does not show the pre-service loop. I may not be running it right; it goes straight to the announcements. How do you show the pre-service loop prior to going on air?

The expected behavior of Proclaim is to skip to the main service body if you go on-air after the service time (even if it is not the day of the service). I am assuming you are going on-air at a time later than your service time, so it skips to the main service body of your presentation; For example if I have a presentation set for Sunday, October 20th at 10:00 AM and try to go on-air right now (it is currently 10:28 AM) it will skip to the main body since Proclaim can tell that it is past 10:00 AM. I can assure you that the pre-service loop will play on the day of your presentation.
