Broadcasting Proclaim via Apple TV or Google Chrome Cast

Does anyone know how to broadcast Proclaim via Apple TV or Google Chrome Cast? Can it be broadcast through something like the screen sharing? If so, how does the main computer still see the control screen for Proclaim instead of the presentation itself?

We are transitioning from a projector to a TV monitor system, but are finding the wiring and scaling to HDMI prohibitive. Especially, since we are going to have to spend thousands of dollars to upgrade to digital outputting from analog/VGA.

Hi Barry

I have used AirParrot to do this and it works really well. Once setup you can select Apple TV as your airplay device and choose which screen to send to it. This allows you to choose the extended Desktop option and show the presentation screens of Proclaim on Apple TV and leave the control screen or note screen on your original display.

Mavericks supports AirPlay for an extra display...you could possibly try that? I'm not sure the specifications on it.

I tested the setup with OS X Mavericks and a newly-updated Apple TV this morning. Everything, save for 1 thing, worked beautifully. The only caveat I encountered was in slide transitions. For some reason, it did not want to use the fade transition. I could change it to something else and it wouldn't work with that either. If you don't mind a "cut" transition, it should work well for you to use Apple TV and a Mac running OS X Mavericks.

Well I downloaded AirParrot for Windows and it mirrors wonderfully to both our AppleTV's. The only problem is that I have to choose one or the other monitors, and cannot choose both at the same time.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem.

Ultimately, I would hope that proclaim would have an app that would wirelessly stream the presentation. Is that available?
