Motion Slides
I have uploaded motion slides that we purchased from Worship House Media, and when we use them for a song the motion stops part way through the song and it seems to be the same for each one.
Am I doing something wrong?

I am Sorry to hear about your frustrations, however I have not run into this problem in house. Are there any specific steps to reproduce this issue (such as a specific background, certain course of action, etc.)? Also, what operating system and operating system version are you using? This information would greatly help me pinpoint your issue so we can work closer to a solution.0 -
Did you make sure to choose the "Loop" box when uploading them? I've done that by accident myself.

Is this happening with all motion backgrounds (such as Proclaim media)? Or only backgrounds you have uploaded? Because when uploading a background, you must make sure to check the 'loop video' option.

We've been seeing all of our motion backgrounds stop after one play through. Our worship leader was gone for two weeks and I think that the replacement forgot to check the box. Could there be a way to do that after the fact? Like adding a check box for "Loop" on the edit page?

If the backgrounds are ones you have uploaded, then you must check the 'loop' box when uploading the video. If this wasn't done when first uploading it, then you must reupload the background and make sure to enable looping. This option qill be available at the same time as picking the thumbnail, name, and tags.
